Debit Card Transactions:
- September 20th: Approximately 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM
- September 23rd: Approximately 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM
During these times, debit card transactions may not go through as expected. We recommend having an alternate form of payment available during these periods and over the weekend in case other issues arise.
Additional Service Impacts:
Balance Inquiries and Payment Apps:
- Services such as Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal may not function as usual during the upgrade period.
Online Banking:
- Daily Current Balances and Transaction History: These will remain viewable.
- Pending Items: Pending transactions will not be displayed.
- Transfers: While you can initiate transfers, they will not be applied to your account until Monday, September 23rd.
Customer Support:
Our branches will be open during regular business hours on Saturday, September 21st. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your local branch.
