Promotion: Summer Concert Kickoff Giveaway
Effective Date(s): June 4 – June 13, 2026
Rules: NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT OPENING IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH AREA CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THIS DRAWING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAWING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW.
WINNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO WINNER NOTIFICATION ATTEMPTS WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS OR OTHER TIMEFRAMEs STATED HEREIN WINNER OR PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED.
SUMMARY AND ENTRY: “Summer Concert Kickoff Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) will take place on the following dates June 4-June 13, 2026. All entries are valid throughout the contest period, running from 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 4, 2026 until 8:00 p.m. CT on June 13, 2026 (“Drawing Period”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”), and the decisions of Central Bank Illinois and its subsidiaries (“Central Bank”), including the interpretation of these Official Rules, which will be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS: Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old or as determined by Central Bank Illinois. Only one (1) prize awarded per household. Employees of Central Bank Illinois, or its subsidiaries, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, and children.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, participants may enter the Drawing through one of the following methods:
- Entry Method 1: Visit the Main Bank office of Central Bank Illinois located at 101 N State St. Geneseo, IL 61254 during regular business hours of the entry period and complete a Giveaway Entry Slip.
- Entry Method 2: Visit the Financial Center office of Central Bank Illinois located at 425 US Hwy 6 East, Geneseo, IL 61254 Giveaway Entry Slip.
- Entry Method 3: Visit the Central Bank Illinois booth at the Central Bank Pavilion on June 13 from 7-9 pm on and complete a Giveaway Entry Slip.
- Entry Method 4: Alternative Method of Entry
An eligible individual may also legibly hand print their full name, complete postal address (including zip code), home telephone number, e-mail address, and the phrase Gift It Forward Promotion on a 3 ½” x 5” or approximate sized card and mail it, with proper postage affixed, to Central Bank Illinois Attn. Marketing Department, 100 E. Exchange Street, Geneseo, IL 61254.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 9, 2026 and received by June 13, 2026.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail, all of which will be void. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Mail-in entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage-due, late, or inaccurate are void.
PRIZE: Awarded one per winner. Central Bank Lawn Chair ($15), Alani package ($20), Painted Cloud Popcorn ($5), Bug Spray ($7), Wooden Ring Toss Game ($25), Lawn Dart Game ($25), 2-in-1 Smack Darts Set ($30), mini lawn chair ($11), capri sun package ($10), bubbles ($1), bag of pretzels ($3), bag of gummy bears ($2), Central Bank hat ($12), Central Bank tumbler ($10), Central Bank sweatshirt ($25), Central Bank koozies ($1).
DELIVERY OF PRIZE(S): All prizes will be available for pick up at Central Bank Illinois Main Branch where the winner will then pick it up on an agreed upon date.
WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be selected, subject to verification, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received regardless of method of entry, to be held during the contest effective dates. Central Bank Illinois will attempt to notify potential winner(s) that he/she/they have won a prize by phone call. The winner will be required to respond to winner notification and other communications within three (3) business days or prize may be forfeited. Winner name(s) may be posted on Central Bank Illinois’s website and/or Facebook page at their sole discretion. If any prize, prize notification, or Drawing-related communication is rejected, faulty, or returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner does not respond according to the notification’s or Central Bank Illinois’s instructions, or if a winner or potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected based on the original method of winner selection. Central Bank Illinois is not obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate winners for any prize for any reason, in which case a prize may be deemed unclaimed and Central Bank Illinois will have no further obligation with respect to that prize.
RELEASES, TAXES AND MISCELLANEOUS
PRIVACY: By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Central Bank Illinois exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration or such use.
RELEASE: By participating in the Drawing, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Central Bank Illinois its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Drawing, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by Central Bank Illinois.
TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to Central Bank Illinois, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide Central Bank Illinois, if requested, with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
DECISIONS: By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Central Bank personnel. Central Bank Illinois reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Drawing, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Central Bank Illinois will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Drawing and Central Bank Illinois's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Drawing is affected by human error, any mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Central Bank Illinois, Central Bank Illinois reserves the right to terminate this Drawing, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome Central Bank Illinois deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Central Bank Illinois and are final. Central Bank Illinois may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
MISCELLANEOUS: Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign Central Bank Illinois’s release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Central Bank Illinois may substitute prizes of equivalent value, amend the rules or discontinue the Drawing at any time as announced. Central Bank Illinois disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Drawing. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the Geneseo Main branch office of Central Bank Illinois and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. All entries become the property of Central Bank Illinois and will not be returned.
Winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation to/from venue, hotel accommodations, meals, hotel incidentals, parking, souvenirs, gratuities, any personal expenses. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Central Bank Illinois, in its sole discretion. Central Bank Illinois will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of event cancellations or delays. Central Bank Illinois will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guaranty, either express of implied by Central Bank Illinois.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAW: The conduct of the Drawing is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America and the State of Illinois, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Central Bank Illinois shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, providing specific written information about the Drawing, etc. as required by local and state law.
