MOBILE BANKING UPGRADE

We are excited to announce an upgrade to our mobile banking app!

On June 8th our mobile banking app is getting an update and there are important steps for our customers to follow regarding the update below.

BEFORE…..June 8th 

  • Make sure you know your Access ID, Passcode and Security Question. You will need this for your first login on the new Mobile App.
  • iPhone can be set to perform Auto-Updates so New Mobile App automatically downloads, if preferred.

STEP 1 - Verify Mobile Banking App Version
For instructions to verify if your Central Bank Illinois Mobile Banking App has been updated, view the following Step 1 Instructions:

STEP 2 - Download & Install New Mobile App Instructions 
For instructions on how to Download and Install the Central Bank Illinois Mobile App for iPhones and Android, view the following Step 2 Instructions:

STEP 3 – Initial Login to New Mobile Banking App
Once the New Central Bank Illinois Application has been successfully installed …Open the App to Login!
                                      ** Initial Login Requires:   Your Access ID
                                                                                Passcode 
                                                                                Answer to your Security Question!

STEP 4 - Reset up Biometrics – Facial Recognition or Fingerprint Recognition 
               NOTE: ONLY Needed if you previously used Biometrics to Access Mobile Banking.

                                  iPhone – Instructions for resetting Facial Recognition.
                                  Android Phone - Instructions for resetting Fingerprint Recognition.

Step #4A – INSTRUCTIONS for Setting up Facial Recognition (iPhone)

STEP 5 - Re-enroll into ‘Text Banking’ 
                 NOTE: ONLY Needed if you previously used Text Banking.

Step #5 – INSTRUCTIONS for enrolling into ‘Text Banking’.

  • Starting Thursday, May 27th, all ‘Notify Me Alerts’ will come from the following 10-digit 
    phone #202-946-5973.
  • The 10-digit number for Text Banking will change to: 1-443-331-4298
